The PM2815BT Drill Press is designed with a gear driven spindle which delivers consistent torque through the entire range of operation. When drilling through tough materials, the gear drive will reduce inertia back to the motor and give the drill press world class performance for its size.
The large LED digital readout shows real-time bit RPM. The drill press also has laser cross hairs which show the exact location that the bit will contact the work piece.
At Powermatic we pride ourselves on the quality of our machines. From the handles to the motor, this Powermatic drill press delivers on the promise of quality and will prove a dependable machine that will last in your shop for years.
