Why am I being charged Sales Tax?

Since the famous 2018 case of Wayfair vs. South Dakota, states now have the right to collect sales tax on out of state online orders. If you see Sales Tax being added to your order, that is because we have a nexus in your state and must collect and file Sales Tax in your state. 

My business or organization is Tax Exempt, how can make a tax exempt purchase?

If your business or organization is tax exempt, first register for an account here if you are not already registered. Then there are two options:

• Place an order under your registered account and email us a copy of your resale or tax exempt certificate to [email protected] along with your order number and we will make the adjustment to your order after the order is placed. We will also adjust your account so future orders will remain tax exempt.
• Email your resale or tax exempt certificate to [email protected], we will make the necessary adjustments to your account and email you back when you can place your tax exempt order.

Please note all future orders placed under your tax exempt account will be tax exempt. Please make sure to always use that account when placing orders.
