• Overview
  This Base Model PantoRouter is meant for manufacturing facilities where it will be setup for one very specific job and will not be used for different kinds of joinery. The basic model does not have a router, dust collection hood or hose, bits, centering scale fence or table clamps included.

  The PantoRouter is designed for a Bosch 1617 EVS router.

  The base model PantoRouter does contain two sets of mortise and tenon templates, box joint templates and dovetail templates, plus guide bearings and centering jigs.

  The PantoRouter is manufactured for the North America market with tilting table and 3.5" diameter router mount. See below for package contents.

  Please Note: We have sold this Base Model to hobbyists over the years who have later spent far more to buy the accessories needed to bring the PantoRouter up to the ProPack or All-In level. Many of these customers have told us they wish they’d bought a more complete package to begin with.

  The tilting-table PantoRouter can be used for a variety of joinery functions including mortise and tenon joints, dovetail joints, box joints, and other cutting operations where the router is held horizontally and perpendicular to the work piece. The tilting table model can also be set up for compound angles and with the table in the 90° position has a large clamping area.

  The Basic PantoRouter does not include the Router, Centering Scale Fence, Clamps, Dust Collection hood or hose.

  The Bosch 1617 EVS router and bits are not supplied and it is important for the operator to provide the correct router.
