    These Amana Tool® Guitar Fingerboard Radiusing Router Bit are designed to add radius to your guitar fretboard, with a 12” radiused cutting height of 1-7/8” for fretboards up to 3-3/4 wide. Affix the fingerboard to the planed and squared backing stock of the same width, using double faced tape.

    • Designed for fretboards up to 3-3/4" wide 

    Adjust the fence to be flush with the bearing, then proceed to route as described below.

    First Pass: Line up the top of the blade with the center of the stock to route the first half of the radius.

    Second Pass: Flip the stock assembly along the length and route the second side to complete the radius.
