The brushless EC-TEC motor and advanced electronics work in perfect sync to maximize the TBX 8 Tabless Battery. Paired with the specially designed thin-kerf blade 1/16” (1.6 mm), the saw delivers higher torque, longer runtime, and faster cutting performance. The result: cleaner cuts, extended battery life, and less effort on every cut.
The latest generation introduces sensor-based KickbackStop technology, which reacts in a fraction of a second to arrest the motor and blade. This innovation helps reduce disruptions caused by kickback, helping protect your workpiece and keeping your workflow smooth. The integrated riving knife helps prevent the blade from binding, while the conveniently placed guard lever makes operation easier.
Attach the FSK cross-cutting Guide Rail securely to the saw and take it wherever the job requires. Quick, precise cross-cuts are easy to achieve, while integrated angle guides provide repeatable cuts from -60° to +60°. The automatic return function helps maintain consistent and efficient cross-cuts every time.
For straight and angled cutting, the HKC 55 K is fully compatible with Festool guide rails. Bevel adjustment from 0° to 50° provides precise beveled cuts, while the scribe line aligns with the cut line when using the guide or cross-cutting rail—even at an angle.
