• Overview
  The 220 Dust Shoe is a robust, precision-engineered accessory designed to capture dust and debris at the source—keeping your CNC workspace clean and your machine protected. Built from heavy-duty polycarbonate, this shoe offers excellent visibility with a transparent shroud, so you can monitor your cut in real-time.

  The split-shoe design allows for fast brush removal and easy tool changes, while the friction-clamp adjustment lets you dial in the shoe height for optimal performance. A 4” threaded dust hose port ensures maximum airflow, making this shoe ideal for production environments and larger-format CNC systems.

  The 220 Dust Shoe is compatible with both 80mm spindles and 3½” routers, and fits the following models:

  • DISCOVERY Series: 8, 16, 16ATC
  • PERFORMANCE Series: 6, 8, 8W, 8ATC, 16, 16ATC
