The Sjobergs Smart Clamper is a mobile vise made from solid beech that can be mounted to just about any work surface using either clamps or threaded fasteners. It's a handy option for holding a wide variety of projects in a flexible, space-efficient way. Depending on your needs, the front jaw can be installed flush with the rear jaw, or overhanging it. The vise rides on rugged galvanized steel rods, and has a capacity of 4-1/2'', with a jaw width of 15-3/4''. It is the same vise that is found on Sjobergs hobby workbenches, and can even be used as the vise for your DIY workbench build. Once secured in place, Sjobergs Smart Clamper lets you work comfortably, with both hands free.
