• Overview
  Woodpeckers new VaryAngle Clamping Fixtures take the great features of our famous Clamping Squares, and add the flexibility to clamp angles other than 90°. We created three different angle ranges and two different sizes of the VaryAngle to give you a full clamping range from 22.5° to 180°. Now you can tackle any angled joinery project.

  Several customers let us know they were using the VaryAngles for jobs other than as clamping fixtures. We received so many cool pictures of jigs and fixtures built with the VaryAngle we decided to add holes to the flanges so you won’t have to drill them yourself. The flanges now include a row of 1/4" diameter holes along the centerline. Just use 1/4"-20 bolts to fasten the VaryAngle to your jig.

  Two pieces of precision formed steel hinged on a stainless-steel pivot pin make up the body of the VaryAngle. Simply adjust the fixture until the indicator aligns with your desired angle, then lock it in place with the ratcheting knob. The 1-3/8” wide base provides plenty of room to add f-style or spring clamps to secure your workpiece in the correct position. In a matter of seconds, the VaryAngle Clamping Fixture creates the perfect clamping angle for your project.

  To get the full range of 22.5°-180° requires three separate VaryAngle Clamping Fixtures, from 22.5° to 45°, 45° to 90°, and 90° to 180°. Each VaryAngle features a laser engraved scale at 1° increments. The laser-cut notch on the front plate indicates any angle within the fixture for pinpoint accuracy. Once you found your angle you can lock it in with the ratcheting knob to ensure locked in precision.

  Two sizes for multiple applications. For smaller projects like flag display boxes, you will find the 3” VaryAngle most useful. It’s small enough to not get in the way, but still provides enough room for a clamp. For larger projects like coffee tables or chairs, the 6” VaryAngle is the best choice. Both sizes are available in all three angle ranges.

  Built to last a lifetime. The two halves of the VaryAngle Clamping Fixture are laser cut from 13-gauge steel, formed on CNC equipment and then given a tough, durable powder coat finish.

  Woodpeckers VaryAngle Clamping Fixtures are available in a 4-piece set of each size and angle range. Or save even more with the deluxe 12-piece set which includes four of each angle range in the 3” or 6” size.

  Like all Woodpeckers products, the VaryAngle Clamping Fixture is proudly made and carefully inspected in our Strongsville, Ohio, manufacturing facility (just south of Cleveland).
