  • Up-Cut – Single flute – 45° Chamfer

Designed to route a finished appearance into aluminum, brass, copper & non-ferrous metals in one pass, these Amana Tool end mills utilize the ‘O’ flute up-cut design for a super-clean finish. By combining the up-cut design along with the common 45° chamfer, you can maximize your efficiency by routing one single pass.

The Zirconium Nitride (ZrN) coating creates a harder and tougher cutting ceramic over carbide edge, allowing for a prolonged cutting edge life and helps to prevent the build-up/galling of material in the flutes while cutting.

Amana’s combination end mill/router bits offer the flexibility to cut the chamfer along with the proven performance of the up-cut design for superior chip ejection.

Materials: Aluminum, Brass, Copper, Non-Ferrous Metal.

WARNING!: Never attempt to cut ferrous metals with these bits. Inspect cut quality and adjust feed / speed accordingly.
Note: For optimal results and extended tool life use mist lubricant system or air cooling.
