• Overview
  Fathom lets you pour deeper layers of epoxy than any other epoxy kit. Pour resin 2” to 3” at a time! This is the ultimate solution for deep casting and molding projects, and large pours like river tables, slabs, live edge and more. Clear epoxy can be tinted with all common epoxy colorants. Fathom can even be machined or turned on a lathe once completely cured.

  Easy 2:1 mix ratio (by volume), self-leveling formula, and long 2-4 hour working time makes Fathom easy to use. Cured epoxy is smooth, ultra clear, durable, and waterproof. Low VOC, low odor formula suitable for indoor applications.

  Specifications:

  • Compatible with wood, metal, stone, ceramic, and concrete materials
  • Application Temperature / Humidity: 60°F-80°F / 0-80% relative humidity
  • Mix Ratio by Volume: 2:1 (2 parts Part A Resin to 1 part Part B Hardener)
  • Mix Ratio by Weight: 100 parts Part A Resin to 43 parts Part B Hardener
  • Maximum Pour Depth Per Layer: 2'' for river pours and slab pours; 3'' for larger castings containing less than 1 gallon of mixed epoxy
  • Working Time: 2-4 hours
  • Demold Time: 48-72+ hours
  • Full Cure Time: 5-10 days
  • Yield: 0.75 sq ft at 3” thick per gallon of mixed resin and hardener
  • Shelf Life: At least 1 year after date of manufacture, if stored properly
  • Note: Failure to let previous layer cool before pouring an additional layer will result in yellowing or other cure issues; wait at least 36 hrs before pouring each layer
  • Note: not intended for prolonged sunlight / UV exposure.
  • Note: cure epoxy heat limit: 125 F. Do not place hot items on cured surface.
