Replacement Shim Set #DSS-108Carbide Tipped Saw Blade System • 2.0-3.0mm Flat Bottom
Set contains two carbide tipped saw blades and a shim set designed for scoring angled cuts with flat bottoms in aluminum/plastic composite materials like ACM, Copper Composite Materials (CCM), Titanium Composite Materials (TCM), Alucobond®, Alupanel®, Dibond®, ALPOLIC®, Trespa®, etc.
These blades are widely used for scoring many cladding materials (wall coverings) and applications such as office buildings, hospitals, convention centers, airports, hotels. Cutting V-shaped grooves, whereby the aluminum cover and a part of the polyethylene core is removed, allows folding the remaining material by hand.

For use in table saw only.
WARNING!: Never attempt to cut ferrous metals with these blades. Clamp down the work piece.For optimal results and extended saw blade sharpness use blade wax, mist lubricant system or air cooling.
