Each V Groove router bit in these collections comes complete with solid carbide insert knives designed to route MDF, Solid Surface, Melamine and Wood to a perfect joint. Unique grinding angles to eliminate build up at the V point.
The innovative CNC tool design uses a high grade solid carbide insert knife which allows you to get two uses out of each insert. Once insert knife show signs of wear you can rotate the insert for a brand new cutting edge. For replacement knives, please scroll down below. The secure locking screw system ensures maximum safety and maintains cutting accuracy. CNC router requires quality hold downs to ensure the least possibility of material shifting during operation.

For best finishing results, blow hot air on the cut area while cutting, with a low feed rate of 500-1,000mm/min at RPM 6,000-10,000.
#RC-1104 is suitable for cutting Cristal Plexiglas.
#RC-1049Â has a extra-long shank of 2-1/2"
Note:Â Items with a 1/2" shank do not have a screw/nut at the top of the shank.
Warning:Â
Before using any insert tool, make sure the set screw is tightened firmly. When replacing a dull insert, first clean the tool and remove all dust prior to inserting the new knife.Â
