Carbide Tipped Dado Sets.

1/4" to 13/16" Groove ATB and FT Grind
Dadoes (cross-grain cuts) and grooves (cuts with the grain) are cut efficiently on the table saw with a dado sack set. Unlike a "wobbler", a stack set produces a flat-bottom cut with chip-free edges. Amana Tool® makes dado stack sets for every machine and every type of woodworking material. The standard width capacity ranges from 1/4" to 13/16". The standard set, regardless of diameter or tooth count, consists of two outside saw blades and four inside chippers. See charts below for additional components.

For hardwood, veneered plywood and melamine/laminate, the sets with 46-tooth outside blades are recommended.

Perfect for Half Lap, Tenon, Dentil, Groove & Rabbet, Corner Lap, End Lap and Ship Lap (Shiplap) cuts. 

Dado Set Application: To cut groove and dados from 1/4" through 13/16" or larger than 13/16" with additional chippers. All 8" diameter sets have a 5 Degree negative hook angle for smoother cuts.

Note: 10" and 12" dado sets do not include carry case, carry case shown is for 6" and 8" dado sets only.  Teeth refers to the number of teeth for each outside saw blade.
