  The do-anything table saw sled

  The ZeroPlay 360 Sled Kit combines the ease and accuracy of ZeroPlay Miter Bars with the versatility of MatchFit Dovetail Hardware. The kit includes (1) ZeroPlay Miter Bar and (4) sets of 1-½” MatchFit Dovetail Track Screws. Works with MatchFit Dovetail Clamps. Fits any standard 3/4” x 3/8” T-Track Miter Slots. Dovetail router bit not included.

  Ultimate Material Control

  Add MATCHFIT Dovetail Clamps to secure material when cutting tricky angles. For instance, tapered legs are typically cut at a deep angle, and needs to be secured very close to the blade.

  You don’t want your hands anywhere near that cut. Dovetail Clamps secure the material for you, keeping your hands safely clear of the blade.

  Will it fit my miter slot?

  ZeroPlay Miter Bars will fit any standard (3/4” x 3/8”) miter slot that measures between 0.73" and 0.79" wide and is at least 5/16" deep.

  Compatible miter tracks include but not exclusive to ShopSmith, SawStop, Bosch 4100, Delta Unisaw, Powermatic, Rigid, Dewalt, and General 350 Tracks.

  *Not compatible with table saws with tabs cast into the top of the miter slot or 5/8" miter slots i.e. Ryobi or Craftsman.

  Speed and Precision

  The ZeroPlay Miter Bar that guides the 360 sled is adjusted to your saw from above, filling the miter slot fully from edge to edge. It has never been easier to get the perfect fit; smooth movement along the table with zero play side to side.

  360 Degrees of Adjustability

  The unique grid layout of dovetail grooves allows you to set your fence at any angle, and lock it in place with the included MatchFit Dovetail Hardware. No matter the angle of your cut, the ZeroPlay Miter Bar keeps the sled running parallel to the blade at ll times

  Everything But The Wood
