  Clamp Rack CNC Plans, Downloadable and Customizable

  Difficulty Level – Intermediate

  There are TWO sets of CNC plans included with this project. Included in the plans are versions for machines that can accept up to ¼” shank bits and machines that can accept up to ½” shank bits.

  With this design you will be able to make a super functional clamp rack that fits up to 35 parallel clamps of most brands and will also hold many other types of clamps as well. All the toolpaths are done for you if you’re using Vectric V-Carve Pro or Aspire software. If you are using the included SVG or DXF files instructions as included on how to setup toolpaths. I designed this in a way that all the pockets for assembly are cut on the CNC machine without the need for dog bone corners on the outside to make everything fit together correctly, this makes it look much nicer in my opinion and the plans discuss how we achieved that. The plans do also include a design like the BORA sign I made explaining how I achieved the look. The largest single part of this build is 33.875” x 15” if you’d like to break the project up into smaller parts to fit your machine.

  How it works

  Included with the plans

  You will receive a detailed PDF with step-by-step instructions, SVG files, DXF Files, Vectric Aspire and Vectric V-Carve Pro files, both compatible with version 9 and up. The Vectric files include all toolpaths set for you.
